About Us
I have been a professional illustrator for 25 years. I have also long felt a calling to offer my art as a means to raise funds for those most in need. When I learned of microlending, I realized that through these programs the impact of our donations increase exponentially through loan repayments, increased education, and excellent mentoring. Ninety eight percent of the loans given to begin these small businesses are repaid to the NGO, with the repayments being reinvested in new loans and training programs. It is an honor and privilege to make my talents available to the Lord for His purposes, alleviating poverty, and potentially decreasing the risk of human trafficking for these most imperiled people. I am married to a retired Navy Commander, who has served in the Pacific theater, with deployments in the Middle East. We partner with internationally respected NGOs to support microloans for families endangered by poverty or lack of resources or education. Our partnering organizations include Opportunity International, known for its innovative and successful community programs, strong mentoring support, and highly efficient use of donations.
